Job summary

Highspring is seeking an experienced NetSuite professional to lead implementations, upgrades, and enhancements for Fortune 100 and mid-market clients. You will guide project teams, design solutions, and serve as the primary client liaison to drive business impact.

The role requires extensive NetSuite experience, SuiteScript and SuiteFlow knowledge, and a proven ability to deliver complex cloud-based implementations across multiple modules, including OpenAir and ASC-606.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
• Experience facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite.
• Full life-cycle implementation experience with Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, OpenAir, and Professional Services Automation.
• 8+ years of Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Integrations, and Reporting.
• Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications.
• Lead workshops gathering requirements and documenting use-cases.
• ASC-606 (revenue recognition) experience.
• Strong business skills in accounting, finance or operations.
• Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams as a functional lead and solutions architect for NetSuite deployments.
• Be the primary liaison to clients and manage relationships with an eye toward new business opportunities.
• Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts and project plans to stakeholders.
• Engage with clients and colleagues on revenue recognition solution support.
• Review team progress to ensure compliance with work programs and standards.
• Educate internal and external audiences on NetSuite best practices.
• Participate in career development and technical training of staff.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
