Job summary

Highspring is seeking a senior NetSuite consultant to join the Enterprise NetSuite Practice in Charlotte. You will lead multi‑book, ARM, OpenAir projects, design solutions, and mentor teams, delivering value to Fortune 100 and mid-market clients.

Travel up to 25% is expected; strong accounting and finance background required; base compensation ranges with bonuses, and a focus on collaboration and continuous learning in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
• Experience facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite.
• Full lifecycle NetSuite experience with Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, OpenAir, and Professional Services Automation.
• 8+ years of Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Integrations, and Reporting.
• Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications.
• Ability to lead workshops, including gathering/documenting requirements and use-cases.
• ASC-606 (revenue recognition) experience.
• Strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance or operations.
• Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs.
• Ability to define and articulate Business Benefits and Costs.
• Experience developing detailed work plans for project activities within scope of application responsibility.
• Experience training and supporting end users in NetSuite.
• Experience testing NetSuite application instances to validate setups (test plans/scripts).
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and build teams that deliver services and solutions.
• Flexibility to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite projects including implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Serve as functional lead and solution architect in NetSuite Practice.
• Design and implement creative business solutions to improve methodology.
• Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts and delivery plans to stakeholders.
• Engage with clients on revenue recognition solution support.
• Review team progress for compliance with work programs.
• Educate audiences on NetSuite best practices.
• Participate in career development and training of staff.
