NetSuite Senior Implementation Consultant (Financials)

Are you an experienced NetSuite Consultant looking to take your expertise to the next level with complex, high-impact implementations? We’re seeking a Senior Consultant to join a growing leading NetSuite Practice focused on delivering strategic NetSuite solutions for some of the most dynamic organizations in North America.

As part of a collaborative, high-performing group, you’ll lead end-to-end implementations, deliver tailored NetSuite Financials solutions, and advise clients through key finance and accounting transformations. This is a great opportunity to combine your functional NetSuite experience with your knowledge of accounting, finance, and reporting to help clients optimize their operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the implementation and deployment of NetSuite ERP (Financials) across industries
• Work closely with clients to gather business and technical requirements
• Conduct process mapping, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support
• Provide functional leadership in modules like Intercompany, Multibook Accounting, FX, CTA, Consolidations, and Reporting
• Collaborate with technical teams to support customizations and integrations
• Create clear documentation, testing plans, and training materials
• Support user adoption and ensure successful transitions post-implementation

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of relevant NetSuite consulting or industry experience
• Strong understanding of Record to Report and Lead to Cash processes
• Proven experience leading full life cycle NetSuite implementations
• Experience with Financial Reporting, Multibook, FX, and Consolidations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or IT-related field
• NetSuite certifications are a strong plus (ERP Consultant, Multi-Book, ARM, SuiteFoundation)
• CPA is a bonus but not required
• Comfortable managing stakeholders and working in fast-paced environments
