Job summary

Armanino in Austin, TX is seeking a NetSuite Consultant to drive end-to-end implementations and optimize ERP processes across finance and operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define requirements, configure modules, and deliver training and post‑live support while staying current with NetSuite updates and best practices.

Hybrid work model with up to 50% in-office or client-site; strong interpersonal skills and certifications preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including leading and supporting implementations.
  • Proficiency with NetSuite BI tools, including Dashboard creation and publishing, Saved Searches, and Reports, Financial Reports, and Suite Analytics.
  • Experience with NetSuite features and related add-ons such as ARM, Multi-Book, WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, RF-SMART, NetGain, and others.
  • NetSuite certifications, such as SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite ERP Consultant certifications.
  • Strong functional understanding of financial processes and operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with up to 50% in-office or client-site presence.

  • Stay ahead of new features, product updates, and industry best practices to recommend proactive system enhancements.
  • Contribute to internal practice growth by building solution accelerators, reusable assets, and providing pre-sales support when needed.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and stakeholders, delivering timely updates.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $102,500 - $139,700. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $112,800 - $153,700. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $117,900 - $160,600. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long‑term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.

For positions based in San Francisco, consistent with the SF Fair Chance Ordinance, an arrest and conviction record will not automatically disqualify a qualified applicant from consideration.
