Zehnder Group North America is seeking an experienced NetSuite Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Implementation Lead to assess, design, and implement a standardized P2P process across two North American subsidiaries. This hands-on consulting role requires deep NetSuite expertise with strong Finance, Accounting, and internal controls knowledge.

The ideal candidate will assess current processes, identify control gaps, design a future-state P2P model, and configure NetSuite directly.

Qualifications

• Proven NetSuite implementation experience including P2P, purchasing and AP workflows.
• Strong finance/accounting background with internal controls knowledge.
• Ability to translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in multi-entity environments.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess current NetSuite purchasing, AP, vendor management, approval, and invoice processes.
• Identify gaps, control weaknesses, and opportunities for standardization.
• Design a scalable, audit-ready procure-to-pay process.
• Develop purchasing policies, approval hierarchies, and segregation of duties controls.
• Configure NetSuite workflows, approvals, forms, and P2P functionality.
• Lead testing, validation, troubleshooting, and implementation.
• Develop process documentation and user guides.
• Conduct training and knowledge-transfer sessions for Finance and business users.
• Provide recommendations for future rollout across additional Zehnder subsidiaries.

Zehnder Group North America is seeking an experienced NetSuite Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Implementation Lead to support the assessment, design, and implementation of a standardized procure-to-pay process across two of our North American subsidiaries.

This is a hands‑on consulting engagement for someone who can combine deep NetSuite expertise with strong Finance, Accounting, and internal controls knowledge. The ideal candidate will be able to assess current processes, identify control gaps, design a future‑state P2P model, and configure and implement the solution directly within NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current NetSuite purchasing, AP, vendor management, approval, and invoice processes
• Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, manual workarounds, and opportunities for standardization
• Design a scalable and audit‑ready procure‑to‑pay process
• Develop purchasing policies, approval hierarchies, approval matrices, and segregation‑of‑duties controls
• Configure NetSuite workflows, approvals, forms, and related P2P functionality
• Lead testing, validation, troubleshooting, and implementation
• Develop process documentation and user guides
• Conduct training and knowledge‑transfer sessions for Finance and business users
• Provide recommendations for future rollout across additional Zehnder subsidiaries

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience implementing and configuring NetSuite, particularly P2P, purchasing, and Accounts Payable workflows
• Strong Finance/Accounting background
• Hands‑on experience with internal controls, approval workflows, segregation of duties, month‑end processes, and audit requirements
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical NetSuite solutions
• Experience working with Finance, Accounting, IT, and operational stakeholders
• Multi‑entity ERP experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Location: Remote – North America
• Rate: $120–$140/hour, based on experience
• Duration: October–November 2026
• Target completion: November 30, 2026
• Schedule: Part‑time, with flexibility based on project requirements

The engagement will initially focus on two active subsidiaries, with the goal of creating a repeatable P2P model that can ultimately be deployed across additional Zehnder entities.
