Job summary

Arka Innovate is seeking an experienced NetSuite P2P Process Consultant to lead business process improvements and ERP alignment across the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle as part of a broader finance and operations modernization program.

You will optimize procurement operations, design scalable NetSuite-aligned processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SOX-compliant workflows and effective reporting. The role is hybrid and based in New York.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in P2P or procurement operations.
• 3+ years in NetSuite ERP functional roles.
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite P2P modules, workflows, approvals and reporting tools.
• Experience in ERP-driven business transformation projects (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday).
• Familiarity with SOX, vendor governance, and audit-compliant workflows.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or Accounting; NetSuite certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and documentation of current-state P2P processes within NetSuite (requisitions, purchasing, vendor management, invoicing, and payments).
• Translate business requirements into functional NetSuite configurations using native modules and SuiteFlow.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure controls, approvals, and reporting capabilities are correctly applied.
• Integrate P2P workflows with GL/AP, Inventory, and Compliance within NetSuite ERP.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ensure solution alignment and SOX compliance.
• Document SOPs, workflows, and training materials; support cutover planning, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization.

You’ll play a key role in optimizing procurement operations and driving efficiency in an enterprise-wide NetSuite implementation as part of a broader finance and operations modernization program.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Analysis & Design

• Lead discovery and documentation of current-state P2P processes within NetSuite (requisitions, purchasing, vendor management, invoicing, and payments).
• Identify inefficiencies, compliance risks, and automation opportunities specific to NetSuite modules.
• Design scalable, NetSuite-aligned future-state processes and workflows.

ERP Functional Execution

• Translate business requirements into functional NetSuite configurations using native modules and SuiteFlow.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure correct application of controls, approvals, and reporting capabilities.
• Integrate P2P workflows with GL/AP, Inventory, and Compliance within NetSuite ERP.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with procurement, AP, IT, and finance teams to ensure solution alignment.
• Ensure business process designs meet SOX/internal control standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

Change Enablement & Support

• Document SOPs, workflows, and training materials tailored to NetSuite functionality.
• Support cutover planning, UAT, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications:

• 10–12+ years in P2P or procurement operations, with 3+ years inNetSuite ERPfunctional roles.
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite P2P modules, workflows, approval hierarchies, and reporting tools.
• Experience in ERP-driven business transformation projects (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday).
• Familiarity with SOX, vendor governance, and audit-compliant workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or Accounting (NetSuite certifications preferred).

Preferred:

• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript (functional exposure), and vendor portal integrations.
• Background in multi-entity environments or shared services procurement.
• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite Procurement, AP Automation, and Vendor Management modules.
