Orveon Global is seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Manager to optimize order-to-delivery workflows across ecommerce, EDI, and direct sales. You will bridge business requirements with IT, translating needs into functional specs, testing solutions, and supporting day-to-day operations.

The role requires 5–10 years in IT business analysis with hands-on NetSuite expertise and a focus on order management within a multi-channel environment. A hybrid work model supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IS/CS/Business Admin.
• 5–10 years of IT business analysis or systems support with focus on order management or fulfillment.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience including order entry, sales orders, fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Understanding of multi-channel order processing (ecommerce, EDI, direct) and related workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize order-to-delivery processes across all channels in NetSuite.
• Serve as SME for NetSuite Order Management and multi-channel workflows.
• Identify process improvements to reduce manual work, errors, and cycle time.
• Collaborate with EA and IT Ops on functional requirements and integrations.
