Job summary

Synstack Technologies is seeking an experienced NetSuite specialist with 8+ years of retail exposure and 5+ years hands-on NetSuite work. You will implement and optimize ERP, OMS, and reporting, integrating with payment gateways and fraud checks.

You will work onsite with clients, shaping financial workflows, approvals, and dashboards while leveraging SuiteCommerce/SCA. Strong API, integration, and ecommerce domain knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years retail experience with 5+ years hands-on NetSuite work.
• Strong NetSuite ERP implementation and customization experience.
• Solid NetSuite OMS knowledge including order lifecycle and fulfillment.
• Expertise in NetSuite Reporting/Analytics and ERP processes.
• Good knowledge of API concepts: REST, JSON, GraphQL.
• Experience with integrations via APIs and third‑party systems (Payment Gateway, Fraud Check).
• Understanding of ERP processes: O2C, P2P, Inventory, CRM, Accounting.
• Administer NetSuite ERP with focus on financial modules (GL, AR, AP, Revenue).
• Design and optimize financial workflows, approvals, and dashboards.
• Retail/Ecommerce domain knowledge; exposure to SuiteCommerce/SCA.
• Experience in integration layers (MuleSoft, Apigee, Celigo, Kafka, Boomi).
• Client-facing onsite consulting experience.
• Certifications: NetSuite SuiteFoundation; NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Keep NetSuite ERP running with focus on financial modules.
• Implement and customize NetSuite ERP and OMS features.
• Maintain and optimize order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory processes.
• Develop reports and dashboards for finance and operations.
• Collaborate with clients as onsite consultant to gather requirements.
• Assist with SuiteCommerce/SCA integration and ecommerce workflows.

Job description

Minimum 8+ years of Retail experience, with at least 5+ years hands-on in NetSuite ERP / OMS.

Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP implementation and customization.

Solid working knowledge of NetSuite OMS (Order Management System) — order lifecycle, fulfillment, routing rules.

Expertise knowledge of NetSuite Reporting /Analytics and NetSuite Accounting &ERP processes.

Good knowledge of API concepts and technologies — REST, JSON, GraphQL.

Knowledge of integrations via APIs and third-party systems (specifically Payment Gateway, Fraud Check).

Good understanding of ERP business processes: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, CRM and Accounting.

Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP with a focus on financial modules (GL, AR, AP,Revenue Management).

Design, implement, and optimize financial workflows, approval processes, and reporting dashboards.

Good Retail / Ecommerce domain knowledge.
