Job summary

URM Stores, Inc. is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to support and optimize our NetSuite ecosystem in Spokane, WA. You will be the primary point of contact for NetSuite users, providing technical mentoring and consulting to improve processes and performance.

You will design, configure, and support NetSuite functions, ensuring day-to-day health, reliability, and continuous improvement. Strong collaboration with business units is essential to align NetSuite with operational needs and

Qualifications

3+ years of NetSuite Administration experience.
Proficiency with saved searches, formulas, reporting, creating dashboards, custom forms, and workflows.
Solid understanding of core NetSuite system functionality and ERP configuration (adding new fields, forms, custom records, etc.).
Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment, including under pressure and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Provide application support across NetSuite ecosystem.
Act as subject matter expert on NetSuite functionality and system design.
Provide ongoing system and technical support to users, resolving issues and improving process quality.
Propose system design and enhancements based on business problems and requirements.
Create and manage changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects and reports.
Maintain documentation of key processes and system improvements.
