• Run the cost-accounting layer beneath every finance product line
• Track grant funding, restricted accounts, and compliance reporting
• Close the books each month and ensure accuracy across all entries
• Own the Financial Modeling-to-Forecasting handoff so reporting never stalls between teams
• Carry the senior budget reforecast through three rounds of leadership review
• Close the books each month without letting deadlines slip at Public Policy Institute
