Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a hands-on NetSuite Implementation Consultant for a hybrid Boston-based ERP transformation project. The contractor will onboard multiple entities into NetSuite and drive rapid, full transactional adoption within the platform.

The role requires configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting all implementation phases, with strong focus on inventory, manufacturing, and intercompany workflows. Collaboration with finance, operations, and IT is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or supporting NetSuite ERP implementations.
• Strong expertise in NetSuite financials and multi-subsidiary environments.
• Experience configuring advanced inventory management, manufacturing, and distribution modules.
• Hands-on experience with workflow development, saved searches, reporting, and security administration.
• Demonstrated success integrating NetSuite with external ERP, procurement, and warehouse management systems.
• Experience supporting UAT, data validation, reconciliation, and production cutovers.
• Ability to work independently and drive implementation activities with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement NetSuite multi-entity financial structures, consolidations, and intercompany workflows.
• Design and deploy Advanced Inventory processes, including item architecture, costing methodologies, and inventory valuation.
• Configure manufacturing and distribution operations within NetSuite, including BOMs, routings, WIP, MRP, and order fulfillment.
• Develop and maintain workflows, saved searches, dashboards and reports, and user roles.
• Map, validate, and test integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (Coupa, AS400/Navision, WMS, etc.).
• Identify and resolve system defects and data issues.
• Support UAT, reconciliation activities, and deployment readiness.
• Lead and support system cutover activities to ensure a successful go-live.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, supply chain, and IT stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Job Title: NetSuite Implementation Consultant
Location: Boston, MA (hybrid)
Pay Rate: $80-110/hr

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Implementation Consultant to support a critical ERP transformation initiative. This contract consultant will work directly with the internal team to onboard multiple business entities into NetSuite and drive the organization to become fully transactional within the platform as quickly as possible. This is a highly execution-focused role requiring a practitioner who can independently configure, test, troubleshoot, and support all phases of the implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Configure and implement NetSuite multi-entity financial structures, consolidations, and intercompany workflows.
2. Design and deploy Advanced Inventory processes, including item architecture, costing methodologies, and inventory valuation.
3. Configure manufacturing and distribution operations within NetSuite, including:
1. Bills of Materials (BOMs)
2. Routings

4. Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
