Job summary

Palmetto, based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to serve as a technofunctional expert for NetSuite and related platforms. You will bridge business users and IT, optimize financial systems, and document enhancements and controls.

You will own ITGC controls, manage multi-entity NetSuite, design processes across O2C, P2P, and R2R, and drive automation through workflows and integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite Business Analysis or ERP experience.
• Functional expertise across O2C, P2P, and R2R cycles.
• Authoring BRDs, IDDs and FSDs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enhancement lifecycle for multiple applications concurrently (requirements, design, build, test, deploy).
• Configure roles, permissions, custom forms, workflows, and scripts.
• Manage the NetSuite subsidiary, location, and entity structure to support multi-entity consolidation.
• Document business requirements from Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.
• Own and maintain ITGC controls, including access controls, change management, and operations controls across all financial systems.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business process owners and document sign-off.
• Build a full catalog of end-to-end process maps across O2C, P2P, R2R and other cycles.
• Identify high-impact manual tasks and drive automation via workflows and third-party integrations.
• Define and enforce naming conventions and data entry standards across the organization.
• Lead, facilitate, and drive key initiatives forward with 3rd party vendors and delivery teams.
