Job summary

BOA Technologies, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, seeks a seasoned NetSuite ERP Administrator to maintain day‑to‑day NetSuite operations, troubleshoot issues, and support global users. You will guide system configurations, ensure data integrity, and drive audit readiness while partnering with the Business Systems Team on new developments.

The role requires extensive hands‑on NetSuite experience, autonomy, and strong communication across a global user base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing a ticketing workload with root-cause analysis.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users.
• Comfort working autonomously in a lean, cross-functional team.
• Familiarity with BOA ERP ecosystem is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reflect BOA’s vision and Leadership Model across the team and organization.
• ERP Support & Incident Management: serve as primary point of contact for ERP support requests and incidents; triage, prioritize, and resolve issues with urgency and clear communication.
• System Administration & Maintenance: own day-to-day NetSuite administration and integrated systems; monitor configurations, roles, workflows, and saved searches.
• Audit & Compliance Support: fulfill internal and external audit requests and maintain documentation of controls and role assignments.
• Requirements & Solution Advisory: contribute to requirements and solution design for new development initiatives.
• Participate in testing and validation of new configurations, integrations, and development deliverables.
• User Training & Enablement: develop and deliver NetSuite training for users across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
