Job summary

Arista is seeking a senior ERP architect to lead the design, integration, and optimization of NetSuite and related systems across Manufacturing, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory and Finance processes.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions, drive UAT, and shape the application roadmap while aligning with cost-benefit analyses and cloud-enabled architectures.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or MIS.
• 10+ years’ experience with ERP Mfg./Supply chain/Finance & Accounting systems.
• 6+ years of experience in workflows development on ERP customization platform.
• Deep functional knowledge of ERP core processes (Manufacturing, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, Accounting).
• Designing and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) strategies to ensure consistency and accuracy across enterprise systems.
• Experience with Developing and maintain ETL workflows using Boomi or any cloud ETL tool to support data integration across ERP and CRM platforms.
• Understanding of SOX compliancy requirements in financial systems
• Certifications in Oracle Technology, Salesforce and/or Boomi are highly desirable
• Experience working in a complex environment with multiple business teams, such as Finance and Manufacturing is a must
• Strong oral and written communications skills with ability to create clearly defined business requirements documents, technical design documents and system architecture blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Working with IT functional/technical teams and business users to translate requirements into ERP design within Arista.
• Ensuring optimal system solutions using cloud applications and infrastructure where possible.
• Defining, designing and maintaining systems solutions with data reliability, efficiency and confidentiality.
• Performing system design reviews, testing and leading user acceptance testing to meet requirements and timelines.
• Driving optimization of NetSuite functionalities to minimize customization and improve scalability.
• Collaborating with management to develop roadmaps and justify IT investments with cost-benefit analysis.
