Job summary

M&S Consulting is seeking an experienced NetSuite ERP Consultant to lead implementation, configuration and enhancement of enterprise ERP platforms. You will split time between IV&V engagements and hands-on delivery, blending finance expertise with technical configuration.

You will design, configure and develop in NetSuite, integrate with CRM and other systems, and ensure controls and reporting align with GAAP and SOX requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of ERP configuration, development or implementation.
• Strong finance and accounting domain knowledge (GL, AP, AR, revenue recognition, billing), plus GAAP/SOX.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience across financial modules, including configuration, workflows and customization.
• Strong integration experience using APIs, middleware or iPaaS tools.
• Experience with data migration and financial data mapping.
• Experience with full implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, build, testing and UAT, cutover and go-live.
• Solution architecture experience translating business/finance requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication with both technical and finance stakeholders; agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle NetSuite ERP implementations.
• Configure ERP modules across finance, accounting, billing, revenue recognition, procure-to-pay and order-to-cash.
• Translate financial and business requirements into scalable ERP system designs.
• Design and build custom solutions using NetSuite tools and extensions.
• Develop and support integrations with CRM, banking, billing and payroll systems.
• Perform data migration, cleansing, mapping and validation.
• Build reports, dashboards and FP&A/operational analytics.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization; improve ERP performance.
