Job summary

OpenLoop is seeking a NetSuite Engineer to maximize value from our NetSuite implementation by connecting it to the broader tech stack, building cost centers, and enabling robust FP&A and forecasting. You will own data flows, automate reporting, and own month-end close improvements.

You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Operations to ensure accurate financial data, scalable solutions, and SOX-compliant controls. This role offers autonomy and a critical impact on business decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on NetSuite development and administration.
• Experience building and supporting NetSuite integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including GL, revenue recognition, multi-subsidiary consolidation and close.
• Experience with change management rigor and SOX/ITGC controls, roles and segregation of duties.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain NetSuite customizations and reporting.
• Own integrations between NetSuite and the rest of the stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, payroll, billing, data warehouse).
• Support month-end close and financial accuracy across subsidiaries.
• Build out cost centers and FP&A capabilities with forecasting and planning.
• Run change management and controls, SOX/ITGC compliant processes.
• Act as the go-to technical expert for NetSuite and automation opportunities.
