Job summary
OpenLoop is seeking a NetSuite Engineer to maximize value from our ERP system by connecting NetSuite to the rest of the stack, building cost centers and FP&A capabilities, and enabling confident forecasting. You will own integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, payroll/HRIS, and the data warehouse while improving close processes and data accuracy.
You will drive SOX/ITGC compliant controls, design scalable finance solutions, and guide release upgrades and automation opportunities across Finance,
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite development and administration.
- Experience building NetSuite integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Strong financial acumen, including GL, revenue recognition, multi-subsidiary consolidation and close.
- Experience with change management rigor and SOX/ITGC controls, roles and segregation of duties.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain NetSuite customizations. Write and support workflows, automations and reporting.
- Own integrations between NetSuite and the rest of the stack. Design and monitor data flows with Salesforce, HubSpot, payroll/HRIS, billing, procurement, banking and data warehouse.
- Support month-end close and financial accuracy. Collaborate on GL, revenue recognition, consolidation and intercompany transactions.
- Build out cost centers and FP&A capabilities; track actuals vs. forecast and support planning scenarios.
- Run change management and controls; maintain roles and permissions following SOX/ITGC requirements.
- Serve as the go-to NetSuite expert to design scalable solutions and manage releases.
