Job summary

EDB is seeking a NetSuite Developer cum Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience to own, extend and automate our NetSuite environment. You will focus on SuiteScript customizations, integrations, workflow automation and AI-enabled features across Finance, Sales, Operations and Support.

This hybrid role is ~60% development/integration and 40% administration. You will work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, using AI tools in both how you

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on NetSuite experience in a combined administrator and developer role.
• Strong SuiteScript 2.x skills with debugging, governance and performance tuning.
• Proven experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteQL, saved searches and SDF deployments.
• Experience building/integrating REST/SOAP web services, RESTlets, JSON and OAuth 2.0.
• AI skills mandatory: applying generative AI or ML to business systems, prompt engineering and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy SuiteScript 2.x solutions and integrations.
• Build SuiteFlow workflows, custom records, forms, fields and saved searches.
• Develop NetSuite integrations with CRM, banking and data platforms; ensure governance.
• Identify AI use cases, integrate LLM APIs, and implement AI-enabled features.
• Provide tier-3 support, training, documentation and roadmap input.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related field
