Job summary

RSM US LLP invites students to join our Business Applications practice as a NetSuite Intern. You will collaborate with project leads to implement NetSuite changes, configure functionality, and assist in requirements gathering to enable business processes.

You will work with teams across client projects, contribute to testing and data migration, and train end users on NetSuite features while exploring opportunities to add value for clients.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field required.
• This opportunity is available to students who are 1-year away from graduation with your highest intended degree.
• Ability to travel to local clients if needed.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of tasks and milestones including specifications, configurations, QA, data migration, and project reviews.
• Configure base NetSuite functionality, customizations, and third-party integrations with project teams.
• Assist in requirements gathering to map business processes to NetSuite solutions.
• Assess current client systems and design NetSuite-based improvements and processes.
• Work with the team to implement process improvements with systematic solutions.
• Create and execute NetSuite testing scenarios and assist with data migration.
• Train end users on NetSuite features within daily job contexts.
• Develop customized reports, dashboards, and KPIs for end users.
• Provide hands-on support for client issues and resolution.
