RSM US LLP is seeking an internship candidate to join the Business Application practice as a project team member focused on NetSuite implementations and system changes. You will work with project leads to execute the firm’s project methodology and contribute to multiple client engagements.
The role involves collaborating with internal and client teams, gathering requirements, configuring NetSuite, performing testing, and assisting with data migration and end-user training.

As an intern and project team member in the Business Application practice, you will work with project leads/managers to execute NetSuite implementations and changes to existing systems using the firm's project methodology.
Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance,data migrationand projectreviews
Work collaboratively withinternal and clientproject teamsto configurebase NetSuite functionality, customizations and third partyintegrations
Assist in requirementsgatheringsessions with clients to map business processes and requirements tosolutions
Work with implementation team to assess the current state of clients existing systems, business processes and challenges;factorinto NetSuite solution design &suggestedbusiness processimprovements
Workalongside the projectleadto implement process improvements with systematicsolutions
Work with implementation team tocreate and execute testing scenarios inNetSuite
Assist withdata migration fromexisting systems toNetSuite
Train end users on how to effectively useNetSuite'sfeatureswithin the context of their dailyjobs
Work with end users to identify, define and create customized reports, dashboards andKPI's
Providesupport for client issues and questions, taking a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and providingresolution
Work across multiple time zones and occasionallyoutsideoffice hours
Maintaincuriosityin understandingclientneeds; begin learning about RSM's additionalservices and how tospot potential opportunitiesthat will bring additional value toclients
Pursuing aBachelor'sdegree inBusiness Administration,Accounting,Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management,Computer Science, Management Information Systemsor relatedfieldrequired

Ability to travelto local clients ifneeded
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projectssimultaneously

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $31 - $37 per hour
