NetSuite Consultant

Stable10 is partnering with a values-driven NetSuite Partner known for its strong client retention, collaborative culture, and commitment to quality delivery. They are looking for a NetSuite Consultant to support and optimize live client environments on a flexible part-time basis (starting at 10+ hours/week) with the view to increasing hours over time.

Ideal for someone who began their career in accounting and has since transitioned into NetSuite consulting, this role is a great fit for a self-starter who enjoys solving complex business problems, working both independently and collaboratively with project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on NetSuite subject matter expert post-implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in real-time environments
• Deliver system improvements through configuration, customization, and optimization
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to scope and deliver enhancements
• Build and improve reporting, dashboards, and saved searches
• Guide clients through NetSuite upgrades and new feature rollouts
• Lead client training and documentation as needed
• Prioritize multiple projects and timelines across different clients
• Stay current with NetSuite product updates and best practices

Ideal Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience
• 5+ years in Accounting/Finance, ideally starting in industry or public accounting
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
• Clear communicator- able to explain technical topics to non-technical users
• Ability to travel as necessary, up to 10% (if/when safe to do so)

Experience supporting NetSuite modules such as:

• Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
• SuiteProjects
• NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB)
• Fixed Assets (FAM)
• SuiteTax
• OneWorld
