Job Title: NetSuite Implementation Lead (Contract)

Duration: 6+ months (Full-Time Contract)

Location: Remote/hybrid / Florida-preferred (occasional travel as needed)

Overview:

Stable10 have partnered with a high-growth, PE-backed professional services company who is currently in the process of consolidating several recent acquisitions onto a single NetSuite instance. With two entities already live and two more onboarding this summer, they’re looking for a hands-on, functional NetSuite consultant to support the rollout and drive adoption across the group.

This is a key role in helping the business unify its systems and processes, with the opportunity to stay involved as they continue to scale through further M&A activity.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead onboarding of new entities into an existing NetSuite instance
• Support and coordinate data migration from legacy platforms
• Deliver user training and create supporting documentation
• Provide hands-on, day-to-day NetSuite support to internal users
• Act as liaison with the company’s existing scripting/development partner
• Help bring consistency to processes across the various business units

What You’ll Need:

• Solid experience working in functional NetSuite roles, ideally in multi-entity environments
• Accounting and Finance competencies including AP, AR, Financial Accounting, RevRec etc.
• Held positions such as Controller, Accountant, Senior Accountant etc.
• Strong knowledge of ARM and revenue recognition
• Accounting background is ideal (CPA)
• Comfort working directly with internal teams to train and support non-technical users
• Ability to work independently, while keeping communication clear and proactive
• Experience with service-based businesses is a must
• Remote work is standard, but the ability to travel occasionally is needed
• NetSuite Project Management
• Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Rev Rec
• External scripting and technical support already in place

Details:

• Full-time contract (40 hours/week)
• Initial term: 6+ months (through end of 2025)
• Competitive hourly rate (W2 or C2C options)
