Job summary

WP Engine in Raleigh, NC seeks a NetSuite Administrator for Financial Systems to optimize NetSuite and related platforms, coordinating with Accounting, Tax, and IT to improve processes and integrations. You’ll configure and troubleshoot across Netsuite and complementary tools such as Coupa, Avalara, Nexonia, and more.

This role offers hands-on problem solving, continuous learning, and opportunities to scale financial systems in a fast-paced, globally active tech company.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of professional NetSuite administration experience.
• Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, ARM.
• Experience developing custom NetSuite solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as domain specialist and systems administrator for NetSuite ERP to maximize efficiency and scale.
• Participate in implementation and integration projects with multiple teams to refine roles, permissions and controls.
• Provide internal support on system issues including availability and performance optimization.
• Evaluate system issues, identify alternatives, and implement timely solutions.
• Learn new systems and tools to improve processes and architecture.
• Document requirements and design reports for management and audit purposes.
