Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator in California to configure, customize, and support the NetSuite platform for supply chain and operations. You will develop SuiteScript and workflows, support MuleSoft integrations with external systems, and manage the enhancement backlog.

The role emphasizes optimizing inventory, MRP processes, and accurate data flows. Strong communication is essential in coordinating releases and training users.

Requirements

• 3 years or more of hands-on NetSuite administration, configuration, customization, and technical support experience.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript development, NetSuite workflows, system configuration, and application enhancements.
• Experience with supply chain, inventory management, operations, MRP, and related NetSuite business processes.
• Experience with MuleSoft integrations, data-flow troubleshooting, external systems, and 3PL connectivity.
• Experience with EDI, SPS Commerce, Avalara, Stripe, testing, requirements analysis, and enhancement delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
