Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Accounting Analyst for a remote temporary assignment to support a medical leave in the Irving, TX area. The role requires strong accounting experience and the ability to contribute across month-end close, reporting, and client billing with minimal ramp-up time.

Responsibilities include close activities, reconciliations, variance analysis, budgeting support, invoicing, and cross-functional collaboration to provide financial insights for business

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in accounting, financial analysis, or financial operations.
• Required NetSuite experience and strong Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Solid financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Hands-on invoicing and client billing; contract billing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities and maintain GL accuracy.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Analyze actual vs. budgeted/forecasted results and drivers of variances.
• Prepare financial reports and assist budgeting/forecasting.
• Manage client invoicing and billing in line with contracts.
• Monitor billing schedules and deadlines for timely invoicing.
• Assist with audit support and accounting documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
