Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a NetOps Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability and performance of their large-scale network infrastructure. This role involves monitoring network performance, troubleshooting with customers, and deploying network configurations using tools like Ansible and Git. Candidates should possess strong expertise in BGP routing, datacenter operations, and experience in customer-facing scenarios. Qualifications

• 2+ years of datacenter operations experience including cabling and power management.
• 1+ years of experience with Ansible and Git for automation.
• Experience participating in customer troubleshooting calls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure for performance and availability.
• Stage, install, configure, and maintain routers and switches.
• Perform Layer 1 tasks including cable tracing and connectivity checks.
