Job summary

A leading technology company is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design and optimize its network infrastructure in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in network protocols and experience with load balancing and data center architecture. Qualifications

• Good understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, RSVP, DHCP, BGP, OSPF/IS‑IS.
• Experience configuring and optimizing Nginx.
• In-depth knowledge of public cloud architecture such as AWS, GCP, Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, operate and optimize TikTok network.
• Troubleshoot network and/or traffic issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to innovate the network.

Skills

Network protocols including TCP/IP

Network monitoring protocols and tools

Hands-on experience with Load Balancers

Data center network architecture

Good communication and written skills
