Job summary

InvestM Technology LLC is seeking an experienced Network DevOps Engineer (NetDevOps) in San Francisco, CA, with hybrid work and occasional travel to San Ramon. The role combines traditional Cisco networking with software engineering to automate network configurations, upgrades, compliance, and validation across on-premises and Azure environments.

You will build Python/Terraform automation, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and leverage tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot to accelerate development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise DevOps/NetDevOps with hands-on networking and automation.
• Strong Cisco routing/switching knowledge plus SD-WAN and QoS.
• Experience with Azure networking, ExpressRoute, VNets, and Azure Firewall.
• Proficient in Python, Terraform, IaC, Git and CI/CD practices.
• Familiar with AI-assisted coding tools and code validation before prod.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python and Terraform automation for network config, upgrades, and remediation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps Repos and YAML.
• Automate network operations via REST APIs and vendor platforms (Cisco, F5, Azure).
• Engineer Cisco routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, wireless, and F5 infra.
• Design Azure networking components: VNets, ExpressRoute, Firewall, VPNs.
• Implement pre/post-change validation and rollback workflows.
• Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development and testing.
• Collaborate with network engineering and incident/change management teams.
