Job summary

Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, LLC is seeking an experienced IT DevOps Engineer to design, build, integrate, and automate internal enterprise systems in a hybrid Azure/on-premises environment, with a focus on security and NERC CIP compliance.

You will own the lifecycle of IT tools, build integrations and automations (Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps), use Copilot and Claude, and collaborate across security, compliance, and operations to improve efficiency and auditability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer-related field.
• Experience building/integrating IT operations platforms (service desk, documentation, asset management).
• Experience with hybrid cloud/on-prem environments, especially Azure; NERC CIP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain service desk, ManageEngine, IT Glue, and asset tools.
• Develop integrations to enable real-time data exchange across IT systems.
• Create automation for onboarding/offboarding, ticket routing, and compliance evidence.
• Collaborate with security/compliance to implement controls and auditability.
