NetCredit Loan Processing Representative (Remote)

Chicago, IL

This role is entirely remote; however, candidates must reside in the state of Arizona, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. #BI-Remote #LI-Remote

About the role:

Enova operates multiple consumer lending brands, each featuring distinct offerings and customer criteria. As a Loan Processor, you will specialize in a specific brand through our comprehensive 3-week training program. Following training completion, your main responsibility will be processing loan applications, overseeing every loan in your assigned pipeline from initial submission to approval status.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a queue of loan applications, ensuring compliance with established quality standards for processing
  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their loan application
  • Initiate outbound calls to customers to verify details on loan applications and collect additional information if required
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently through phone, email, or fax communication channels
  • Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information

Requirements:

  • Experience in a call center setting is preferred
  • Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices
  • Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types
  • Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively

Compensation:

The budgeted hourly rate for this position is $17.00. Additional compensation for this role may include bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here .

  • Hybrid roles entail working in-office from Tuesday to Thursday, with the choice to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays
