Job summary

Kids for the Future seeks a Data Management Analyst to support enterprise storage, backup, and data handling with a focus on NetApp systems. The role involves filer administration, storage network operations, and ensuring data availability for mission systems across DoD-related environments.

Requirements include 1+ year in database management, DoD/Weapons Systems familiarity, IAT2 certification, and an Active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with database management applications and ability to generate output files in prescribed formats.
• Familiarity with Department of Defense and Weapons Systems procedures for controlled media distribution.
• IAT2 certification and must have a CWf.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily storage tasks including provisioning and monitoring capacity.
• Administer NetApp clusters, manage snapshots/replications, validate backups, and document changes.
• Coordinate with base IT to align storage procedures and support continuity requirements.
• Handle storage hardware, assist users with data access issues, and support backup/recovery operations.
