Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA) is seeking an experienced Applications Developer for our McLean, VA office. You will gather requirements, design systems, and build and test web applications that integrate with enterprise architectures.

You will collaborate with Web Architects, Developers, and other departments, researching design options and contributing to technology direction while ensuring standards and quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience; 5+ preferred.
• Strong knowledge of .Net Core, MVC, Blazor.
• Experience with Visual Studio, C#, and SQL.
• CRM/AMS like Aptify preferred.
• Frontend design: HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Bootstrap.
• Understanding of scalable enterprise web apps.
• Experience in requirements gathering and working with analysts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Data analytics experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Gathers user requirements and performs systems design.
• Develops and tests complex web applications.
• Contributes to lifecycle development and architecture standards.
• Collaborates with Web Architects, Developers, and other departments.
• Researches and recommends design/tech infra alternatives.
• Tests websites, troubleshoots, and resolves issues.
• Communicates technical direction to management.
