Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Project Lead 1 to drive project planning, roadmap development, and lifecycle management within the Financial Services domain. You will liaise between technical teams and clients, oversee SDLC adherence, and ensure milestone delivery across banking, wealth management, and insurance initiatives.

The role requires strong project leadership, risk management, and communication skills to balance scope, budget, and timelines while delivering high-impact AI-enabled

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

• Experience in SQL server and Production support
• Create project updates and insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
• Translate complex data into clear/concise data/reports for leadership, help them with impactful presentations
• Create executive-level presentations to senior leadership, driving strategic initiatives.
• Leverage visual design best practices to enhance presentation effectiveness.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
