Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Technology Project Lead to drive project planning, execution, and roadmap development. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage milestones, and ensure SDLC alignment while liaising with clients to align deliverables with business goals.

The role emphasizes Java/.NET development experience, API integration, and executive-level reporting to leadership across banking and financial services projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deliverables across phases to meet quality benchmarks and expectations.
• Contribute to project budgets aligned with scope and strategy.
• Identify scope changes, assist in effort estimation, and obtain client sign-offs.
• Provide proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
• Build collaborative stakeholder relationships through effective communication.
• Translate data into clear reports and create executive-level presentations.

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

• Create executive-level presentations to senior leadership, driving strategic initiatives.
• Leverage visual design best practices to enhance presentation effectiveness.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
