Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Technology Project Lead 1 to drive QA and automation initiatives within the Healthcare unit. You will manage project timelines, coordinate offshore teams, and ensure SDLC alignment while delivering high-quality solutions for healthcare clients.

You will guide automation roadmaps, engage with stakeholders, and help optimize budgets and resources to meet client requirements and strategic goals. This role requires strong communication and leadership across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables.
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs.

Additional Required Qualifications
