Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a .Net Technical Lead with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise to design, build, and deliver scalable cloud-based solutions that support critical business initiatives. • 8+ years of strong hands-on experience with .NET/C# application development, including backend services, REST APIs, and microservices, combined with technical leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud-native application development.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and modern engineering methodologies.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.

• Partner with business, product, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with architecture and engineering best practices.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout project execution.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing strategies, architecture standards, and CI/CD automation.

About the role

As a .Net Technical Lead w/ Google Cloud Platform (GCP), you will play a key role in designing, building, and delivering scalable cloud-based solutions that support critical business initiatives. You will provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver innovative, secure, and high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong .Net and GCP expertise with technical leadership experience and a passion for driving engineering excellence in a collaborative environment.

In this role, you will:

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until October 30th 2026.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 81,337 to $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
