Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a .NET Support Developer (C# / Umbraco / Azure) to provide technical support and development assistance across live client sites, bridging the gap between Support Desk and Development Team.

You will work from home, 2-4 years in web development, and grow toward a full-stack role while collaborating with the team to resolve issues and deploy fixes. Training and documentation are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of web development experience (frontend and backend).
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#.
• Basic understanding of Umbraco CMS and/or .NET MVC frameworks.
• Experience with ticket management tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, Zoho or DevOps Boards).
• Familiarity with Azure hosting environments and website deployments.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting mindset.
• Calm under pressure with clear communication.

Responsibilities

About the role

To provide technical support and development assistance across live client sites, combining frontend, backend, and helpdesk responsibilities. Acts as the bridge between the Support Desk and Development Team, ensuring smooth resolution of tickets and small change requests.

Key responsibilities

About you

• 2-4 years experience in web development (frontend and backend mix).
• Good grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#.
• Basic understanding of Umbraco CMS and/or .NET MVC frameworks.
• Experience with ticket management tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, ZOHO or DevOps Boards).
• Familiarity with Azure hosting environments and website deployments.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting mindset.
• Logical and calm under pressure.
• Excellent communicator, able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Keen to grow into a full-stack developer role through hands-on exposure to real client challenges.
