Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court is seeking a Software Developer to modernize the Recording department’s COR system using .NET LTS and Azure technologies. This hands-on role emphasizes clean architecture, TDD, and secure, scalable enterprise solutions.

The position offers growth in CI/CD culture, collaboration with IT leadership, and exposure to Microsoft technologies within a mission-driven Clerk’s Office environment in Naples, Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and five years of professional C#/.NET software development experience.
• Experience delivering information systems projects and their design and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated testing and acceptance steps in CI/CD pipelines for enterprise-grade applications using .NET LTS.
• Mentor others in TDD and automated testing practices.
• Build Microsoft Teams extensions and integrate Azure SaaS capabilities into enterprise workflows.
• Support and extend hybrid Azure + on-prem systems.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines via GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Optimize SQL Server stored procedures and data access layers.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and Clerk’s Office teams to design secure, efficient solutions.
• Mentor peers and promote software best practices.
