You will design and maintain Blazor components, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and participate in Agile cycles. Strong SQL Server, JavaScript, and Git skills are essential, along with a passion for quality code and modern web technologies.

Qualifications

Job Location: HYBRID. Tampa, Florida - Minimum 3 days in Office.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET, Blazor, and C#.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.


• Lead development efforts in creating well-structured Blazor components and integrating them with various back-end services.


• Conduct performance tuning and code reviews to ensure high-quality and efficient code.


• Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and promoting best practices.


• Contribute to architectural decisions and actively participate in Agile development cycles.


• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure robust testing and seamless integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with .NET and C# and Visual Studio.


• Strong hands‑on experience with Blazor is a must.

• Interest or experience in AI/Machine Learning, proficient with Claude Code.
