Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a .Net MDM Support Integration Lead to join our San Diego team. This on-site role focuses on leading, designing, and supporting a cloud-hosted MDM application built on .NET technologies, bridging business and technical teams across enterprise integrations.

You will drive L2/L3 support, incident resolution, API design, and CI/CD practices, while mentoring developers and ensuring secure, scalable solutions in an AWS environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and enterprise application development.
• 7+ years designing, developing, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise apps in cloud environments.
• 7+ years experience in REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration solutions.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS cloud services, including Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, and Step Functions.
• 5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native application deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support REST APIs, reusable services, and enterprise integrations between MDM platforms and systems such as Salesforce and ERP.
• Manage and support cloud-native solutions deployed on AWS, including Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, and Step Functions.

We are currently seeking a .Net MDM Support Integration Lead to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US).

• Lead the support, maintenance, and enhancement of a cloud-hosted Master Data Management (MDM) application built on .NET technologies.
• Serve as the primary techno-functional lead, bridging business stakeholders, master data governance teams, and technical development/support teams.
• Provide L2/L3 support for MDM applications, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Design, develop, and support REST APIs, reusable services, and enterprise integrations between MDM platforms and enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ERP, Fieldbase and other business applications.
• Manage and support cloud-native solutions deployed on AWS, including services such as Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, and Step Functions.
• Lead technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and implementation of scalable integration solutions using event-driven and distributed architecture principles.
• Drive application reliability, performance optimization, security compliance, and operational excellence across the MDM ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business users, data stewards, and data governance teams to understand master data requirements, data quality issues, hierarchy management, and integration needs.
• Oversee CI/CD processes, release management, environment support, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) implementations.
• Mentor developers and support engineers, establish best practices, and provide technical leadership for ongoing enhancements and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure secure API implementations, authentication, authorization, and data exchange mechanisms while adhering to enterprise security standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Note: This is a onsite position @ San Diego, CA, So we pref local to San Diego or somone who can relocate to San Diego, CA.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $101,376 - 152,064. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
