The position requires working with Oracle and SQL Server databases, basic PL/SQL, and experience with web servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic). You’ll contribute to documentation, change management, and data workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong programming in .NET, React and Java.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong Programming (.Net, React, Java) with .Net as Primary
• Webserver Management (Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, IIS)
• Working experience with Oracle Database
• Working experience with SQL Server database

Roles & Responsibilities

• on-call production support, promptly identifying defects, documenting them in on-call logs, and efficiently resolving issues without violating SLA commitments.
• Engaged in periodic reviews of job logs and performance metrics to identify trends, proactively addressing potential issues.
• Troubleshooting production issues through meticulous job log reviews, implementing necessary design changes via change management and adhering to the code promotion process.
• Contributed to the development and maintenance of documentation for troubleshooting procedures, best practices, and system configurations, facilitating knowledge sharing within the team and managing Change Requests
• Resolving data issues arising from load delays or database server downtimes, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Actively participated in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data loading delays and database server outages, ensuring minimal disruption to data flow and system operations.
• Collaborated with stakeholders to understand business requirements, providing valuable insights and recommendations for optimizing data processing workflows.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
