Candidate Eligibility:

• Must be local to NJ-NY(commutable from Brooklyn, NY).
• LinkedIn profile is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy web and desktop applications using .NET technologies.
• Develop interactive, responsive applications using React(primary) and Angular(secondary).
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data manipulation routines.
• Assist in the design and implementation of software solutions and program specifications.
• Conduct technical documentation, testing, and software conversions.
• Collaborate with team members using Agile practices and Azure DevOps/TFS.
• Develop map-based applications using GIS mapping software(ESRI ArcGIS, Mapbox, Open Layers preferred).
• Work on Business Intelligence, Decision Support Systems, and online payment integration.
• Participate in federal, state, or local government software projects.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience: Minimum 13+ years in software development including coding, testing, implementation, and documentation.
• Full-Stack Development: 15+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET (C#, WPF, WCF, MVC, Microservices) and SQL Server (2014/2017/2019).
• Database: Relational database design, normalization, T-SQL, stored procedures, SSIS, data modeling tools (ERwin/ERStudio).
• Analysis & Reporting: Data analysis, ad-hoc reporting, Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• GIS/Mapping: ESRI ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, Mapbox, or Open Layers preferred.
• Other: Online payment integration, mobile/disconnected application architecture, Business Intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technology-related field or equivalent.
• Advanced certifications in application development, Microsoft Certified Professional, AWS or Azure certifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
