Job summary

Employee Relations Associates, Inc. is seeking a talented .NET Developer to join a digital commerce and eCommerce technology organization.

You will build and enhance customer-facing applications and backend services powering large-scale online shopping experiences. You’ll work on modern cloud-based applications, distributed systems, and high-traffic platforms within an Agile team, collaborating with Product, UX, QA, and other engineering groups.

Qualifications

• Strong experience developing applications using C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
• Proven experience building Web APIs and ASP.NET web applications.
• Hands-on experience with React.js preferred.
• Experience designing and developing applications in distributed systems environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services using .NET and .NET Core.
• Build and enhance ASP.NET web applications and RESTful APIs that support eCommerce and business-critical platforms.
• Develop solutions within distributed system architectures, leveraging messaging and event-driven technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, QA, and other engineering groups to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and best practice initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to modernization efforts and help drive continuous improvement across development processes and technology stacks.
