Job summary

UNFCU is seeking an experienced .NET Application Developer in New York, NY. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise websites and applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC, with Optimizely CMS/Commerce experience.

You will work on frontend and backend solutions, APIs, and data integrations across SQL Server/Oracle databases in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of software development on the Microsoft technology stack.
• 3+ years of backend development with C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Razor, ADO.NET.
• 3+ years of front-end development with JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
• Experience building user-centric web apps with strong UI/UX focus.
• 3+ years of database development with T-SQL on SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade websites and applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Build and support enterprise apps with n-tier architecture and Microsoft stack patterns.
• Develop and maintain APIs using WCF and Web API; integrate with backend systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and Azure DevOps tools.
• Develop responsive, accessible UIs with JavaScript, ReactJS, and Bootstrap.
• Ensure performance, security, and quality across platforms and services.
• Maintain platform documentation, runbooks, and code versioning with Git.
• Support intranet, extranet, public websites, and digital banking apps.
