About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced .NET Developer to join our engineering team in New York City. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable applications and backend services using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server, and cloud technologies. You will work closely with product managers, frontend engineers, architects, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to build secure, reliable, and high-performance software solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using C# and .NET.
  
• Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.
  
• Develop clean, maintainable, and reusable code following modern software engineering practices.
  
• Work with SQL Server and relational databases to design schemas, queries, stored procedures, and data-access layers.
  
• Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed applications.
  
• Integrate applications with internal and external APIs and third-party services.
  
• Develop unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure application reliability.
  
• Identify and troubleshoot performance, reliability, and production issues.
  
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions.
  
• Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver end-to-end product functionality.
  
• Work with DevOps teams to support CI/CD, automated deployments, and production releases.
