Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of up to 5+ developers, coordinating delivery with the Technology Project Manager.
• Participate in grooming sessions and translate requirements into well-defined user stories, providing technical estimates and aligning on delivery priorities.
• Architect, design, develop, and maintain scalable applications including microservices, RESTful APIs, and automated workflows across APIs, databases, and UIs.
• Design and maintain scalable database schemas across relational and NoSQL platforms.
• Champion CI/CD and DevOps practices to improve build, test, and deployment processes.
• Support UAT and production activities by resolving defects and ensuring quality, stability, and timely delivery.
• Manage code promotions, maintain SDLC artifacts, enforce repository hygiene, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Track project billing hours and maintain project financials.
