Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to drive end-to-end SDLC activities, including requirements elicitation, design discussions, and coding across ASP.NET, Web API, HTML, and Angular. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review code, implement tests, and develop training materials for seamless software adoption.

The role emphasizes production support, performance improvements, and global delivery experience, with relocation/travel as needed. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided

• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
• Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in ASP.NET, Web API, SQL SERVER 2022, HTML, jQuery, SSRS, Angular.
• Experience in .NET Framework, configuration and assemblies with relevant issues and challenges.
• Have good knowledge on MVC 4 and onward versions
• Experience in Database SQL server 2022.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience in Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in SSIS.
• Ability to understand the project needs and prioritize the work within project timelines.
• Experience in Production Support.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
