Ascendion in Jersey City, NJ, seeks an experienced .Net Production Support Engineer to provide advanced L2 production and cloud support for enterprise apps hosted on Azure. You will troubleshoot issues across .NET, Azure SQL, SharePoint Online, and OpenText, and monitor Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for enterprise applications hosted on Azure cloud platform.
• Troubleshoot application, API, integration, workflow, and database-related issues.
• Support applications built using .NET / ASP.NET Core, Azure SQL, Azure Logic Apps, SharePoint Online, OpenText platforms.
• Monitor and support Azure PaaS services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, and Application Insights.
• Support SharePoint document storage and permissions-related issues.
• Assist with OpenText workflow and document processing support.
• Support SaaS applications hosted on Cloud architecture.

We are seeking an experienced L2 Application Support Engineer to provide advanced production support and operational support across multiple enterprise applications and platforms hosted on Cloud environments.
