Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead / .NET Developer to guide a development team while staying hands-on with software development, code reviews, CI/CD, and release management. The role focuses on building enterprise applications with C#, .NET, Angular, and Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities include leading sprints, mentoring developers, delivering robust CI/CD pipelines, and integrating with Azure services and enterprise systems.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of Technical Lead / Team Lead experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on C# and .NET development.
• Strong experience with Angular.
• Production experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of release management and deployment automation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hands-on coding, code reviews, testing, and debugging.

• Develop integrations using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.

• Manage production releases, deployment readiness, and rollback procedures.
• Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Ensure application quality, performance, security, and reliability.
