The .Net Developer role focuses on building and maintaining business applications using C# and .NET, integrating with Dynamics 365, and collaborating with business users to deliver robust software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 4+ years of software development.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core and REST APIs; ERP/WMS/ERP systems familiarity preferred.
• Proficient in SQL: SELECT, JOIN, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE; relational DB knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with business users and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance business applications using C# and .NET.
• Write, review, and troubleshoot SQL queries to support functionality, reporting, and data integration.
• Develop and maintain integrations between internal apps, databases, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Translate business requirements into software solutions with input from users and teams.
• Investigate issues, implement fixes, test changes, and maintain technical documentation.
• Design and create in-house apps including ERP, WMS, EDI, BI, mobile apps, and web portal sites.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop, maintain, and enhance business applications using C# and .NET.
• Write, review, and troubleshoot SQL queries to support application functionality, reporting, and data integration.
• Develop and maintain integrations between internal applications, databases, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Work with business users and team members to understand requirements and translate them into software solutions.
• Investigate application issues, implement fixes, test changes, and maintain technical documentation.
• Design and create in-house applications including, but not limited to: ERP, WMS, EDI, BI, mobile apps, and web portal sites.
• Design, maintains and troubleshoot business applications including, but not limited to: ERP, WMS, EDI, BI, mobile apps, and web portal sites.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to go on domestic and international business trips by plane
• Ability to type and use a computer for extended periods of time
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds on occasion
• Noise Level: Normal to Loud while indoors
• Ability to sit for an extended period of time
• Business trips at least twice a year

Other Requirements

• Business level English – Read/write/speak/listen
• Business level Japanese preferred – Read/write/speak/listen
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant fields 4+ years of direct experience designing and developing software for a real time or non real-time system
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, or business applications such as warehouse management, inventory, sales order processing, or ERP systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to adapt to changes in workload
• Professional experience developing and maintaining applications using C# and .NET.
• Ability to read, understand, and write SQL queries, including SELECT, JOIN, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE, with an understanding of relational databases.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, application debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical team members and business users and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Three or more years of professional C# development experience.
